I guess, in this version of the show, Archer's pet is a cat that he has to keep Lt. Shumway from trying to eat?

Y'know, I almost forgot how much I like the theme from ALF.

Also, what's with the ship at the very end? That is definitely not the canon NX class.

It is the NX refit from Mr. Dexler. I don't think it can be considered canon, but it bridges nicely the gap between the NX class and the Constitution class.

This refit was supposed to debut in Enterprise's Fifth Season- I love it and think if they'd used the design from the outset, a lot of fanboy rage would have been toned down.
Maybe.

Anyway, the point is, I like it and that's all that matters- it's Canon.

Why is it canon? It never appeared in one of the episodes.

It's Canon because I like it, therefore it is Canon.

It's a pretty clear system, really.

Equally true is the fact that Captain Picard never left the Enterprise in the hands of a skeleton crew, with the wir=tless doctor in command in order to rescue ONE crewman- and with Borg in the area.
That is not Canon- that was the worst kind of fanfic that the cast filmed after drinking heavily at the anual Christmas Party and was intended to be shown at conventions for laughs.

In fact, most of TNG's seventh season was a running joke, taken waaay too far- like people in their 40's making Monty Python quotes in casual conversation.

And Captain Picard never got turned into a kid, and the Ent-D was never disabled by Ferengi piloting Klingon Birds-of-Prey...and a Picard clone never took over the Romulan Empire, and Picard never rode around on a stupid speed buggy thing outrunning Mad Max rejects...and Janeway never intentionally trapped her crew and complete strangers in the Delta Quadrant...and Troi never outranked Data...and my wife never left me...and everything's fine!

You were, but it's no longer Canon. That idea got tossed in the Mars Needs Women reboot. Pity about the movie doing so poorly- I thought it had a good concept, but Daniel Radcliffe cast as the lead was a poor choice, IMO.

Well with the director being tapped to direct Episode VII of the Jason Abbadon Saga, he really didn't put his heart into the reboot. And then Harrison Ford hurt his foot on a prop, and that's no good. Such a whiner.

Well, we tried to get Peter Jackson for the Jason Abbadon Saga (trilogy), but sadly, he's committed to the 27 movie adaptation of The Silmarillion.

Jackson offered Del Toro's services for director, but if Del Toro wants vampires, monsters and robots (and he always does) I feel they should be limited to portraying my ex-girlfriends- for the sake of accuracy, you understand. And his grandiose idea for Tom Cruise as the lead is a bit off-putting. I'm well over 6', so Cruise would need to be digitally enlarged or the sets custom fabricated to his smaller stature.

We're keeping Harry Ford on, though in a carpentry capacity (he's getting on)- or possibly as a fallback for the voiceover narration if Morgan Freeman's schedule conflicts (Expendables 4) can not be resolved.
