Although he has been out of office for nearly a year, a Special Prosecutor was named to investigate claims that Bill Clinton ordered the hit on his pet Buddy, who was killed "accidently" by a car in upstate New York.

"We'll get him this time!" the Special Prosecutor was quoted. "Who cares about wasting tax payers' dollars when we can carry out a vendetta against that prick!"

In related news, George W. Bush announced a tax hike to cover the cost of the Republican vendetta against the former President.
