Ok with the new ships from Paul Cairncross link under the Korolov thread does anyone have any more thoughts on the 16 that were designed for First Contact and has anyone found a cleaned up design / sketch for the Endeavour?

Here's the link he's talking about:

(Thought I'd post it here so that people will focus on the Korolev design in the other thread instead of this)

I'm not sure what "16" designs you're talking about. Excluding the Defiant, there's:

1. the Enterprise-E
2. the Akira class
3. the Saber Class
4. the Steamrunner class
5. the Norway class
6. the Endeavor pre-design draft
7. the Zandura pre-design draft
8. the Criterion pre-design draft
9. the "concept ship" that looks similar to the Akira

So that's 9. Where's the other 7?

This is the thread I posted several years ago about the 16 designs from First Contact- - from it we can add the 4 engined Steamrunner ( mentioned but no pics/sketches and the alternate Steamrunner design and the Goodson so that leaves 4unaccouned for.
Unfortunately, most of the original pic links in that old thread are no longer valid. However, I'm going under the assumption that the rough "space battle" scene wasn't meant to be a true concept sketch like the Zandura and the Criterion. I think that whatever the nine or ten other designs were, they would have been drawn like the above two ships were.

Those models are AMAZING!! They aren't "official" in anyway are they?? - Like the battle fleet hodge-podge ships!?! Where did he get the info to fill in the missing details about some of those ships!?! i.e. the areas we don't get to see in the views given in the DS9 tech manual - or were they published somewhere else!?!

Just thought I'd check in on this. I was able to find the sketches of the E-E's upgrades, but I couldn't find the sketches of the shuttlepods and stuff at the end of the flick.

Anybody have any idea where they might be?

Don't think they exist in any official publication...

It sounds like you're talking about Nemesis, not FC. In which case, here.

Wow, do I feel stupid huh? Very.

If a mod could change the title to hide my shame, I'd appreciate it.

Was there anything else like this from Nemesis?

Hehe, okay. I deserve that. I knew what I was originally asking for too.

I think the problem may have been that I kind of consider these things 'first contact era' ships rather than 'movie era'; which would kind of suggest the Connie-R, Miranda, Excelsior era ships. That's probably how the wires got crossed in my brainbox.
