I read that in the paper today. What did they mean when they said it'll be released in two hardcover versions simultaneously?

"Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" for the English and European audience, and "Harry Potter and the Group of the flaming bird thing that dies and then undies and is firey and flaming" for the American audience.

My goodness, 2003 will be a bumper year for Potter fans. The new book, and the release of Harry Potter and that dude in the Prison this Christmas. 8)

Don't I wish, Vorgon. Warner Brothers, in its "infinite" wisdom, has pushed PoA to '04. Unless something changed and I don't know about it.

They've pushed PoA back!?! Oh well. I don't get all this hoo-har about the kid's ages. Do they think Harry, Ron and Hermione don't AGE!?! They have to be older each year.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban - grade 8
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - grade 9
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - grade 10
Harry Potter and the Hangover from Hogsmead - grade 11
Harry Potter and the Ravenclaw Rave Party - grade 12

The "children's" version and the "adult" version. The difference being that they have different covers.

You do realise that there's about 3 years between Emma Watson and That Lad Wot Plays Malfoy anyway, don't you? A year isn't going to make a huge difference. Judging by Chamber of Secrets, Ron and Harry have already had their growth spurts.

Yeah, but there's still the fact that they're all going to be around 25 or so by the time the last movie is made. Hopefully all the actors just happen to be the next Michael J. Foxes and Matthew Brodericks...
