I have no idea whether I will have more opportunities to get the full use of my "apparatus" before I'm too old for it to function, but I would appreciate anyone with a "tiny guillotine" to keep clear of New Mexico. I'd like to keep my options open.

Dear Points of View

I am disgusted by the Flare forums graphic use of the word 'nads'. If young children read this forum, they might come upon this word, and try to find out wha tit means. Further, they could use these 'nads' for personal gain. I think that anyone caught with nads should have them removed immedietly, and anyone caught promoting the use of nads should be forced to have Frank witter on about the length of the Defiant for a period of no less than 30 days.
I hope that you will press the owner of this forum, a Mr C. Capps, to remove his nads and all nads present on the forums. Thank you.

My God. You know, when I used the tagline "DEFINITELY Spongeworthy" I then had to explain it to someone via ICQ - I won't say who, to stop everyone laughing at Elim, er, him - who then said that it was unsuitable to use because our younger visitors might wonder what it meant, go ask their parents, and get forbidden to come here as a result.

You can't go through life fearing every possible consequence of you actions, no matter how unlikely or remote they may be. That's political correctness gone mad. . .

Well, besides the fact that the series that the phrase is from is evil and detrimental to society, he has a point. If you're going to use an obnoxious or crude status line, just post in the Flameboard and OL etc., not in any of the actual sci-fi forums (which is what most new users would be interested in).
