Some CapCom facts:

First CapCom posted: 4th April 1998

Total weekly competitions: 38, plus one going at the moment

Total pictures used: 109 (plus 3. . .)

Lost CapCom: CapCom 23, posted 13th September 1998 (I'm fairly sure I judged them, but then the hack happened and I lost the results. I still have the entries, and will repost them to see if anybody remembers winning. . . Note: I won't belive anyone who says Frank won any of them. . . I know what he's like!)

Total number of finalists: only 41 people have won or been runners-up or got an nonourable mention!

The points were scored thus: 3 for a win, two for the first runner-up, one for the second runner-up, one point for an honourable mention. The Vorlon's recent CapCom-fest with his bizarre way of judging them caused me no end of trouble! Centuwion - thwow him to the fwoor!

Now, a word to all those not included in the list: don't despair, and please don't give up entering! This is NOT about being a long-term competition - the list of results I keep is for my own sense of completeness and has only been published because I thought others might find it interesting. Now, let's sit back and watch as the top winners attempt to destroy each other to claim and hold the number one spot - pass the popcorn. . . 8)

BTW, Ourobouros (sp?) and Paul Cargile are one and the same, as are Kruge and The Excalibur.

I've always had this username, and I will always continue to use it. Otherwise, things get confusing. I'm sure many of who I believe are newcomers are just regulars using another name. But I'll never find out. Also, I know of people who changed their names over the year but I don't know which was which
