Yeah, whatever was wrong with the CapComs that they got discontinued? I mean, they slowed down bigtime as DS9 ended, but surely a resurgence of interest might yield a return to the anarchy.
What do others think?

I believe the CapComs stopped because the person who did them stopped. They've been restarted once or twice, but then stopped again.
