Not alive, from DS9/Voyager/last four movies (or some time travel scene), and not numerous, which I would assume to mean there's only one.

Was its first appearance (in-universe chronology) in an episode of Star Trek Voyager?

Kazon were not in the third season, correct.

So, it's... artificial, not alive, not numerous, native to the Delta Quadrant, not Starfleet equipment, not self-propelled, large enough to contain at least one person, not from "Rise"/"Alter Ego"/"The Chute," not the Nekrit Expanse station, appears in only two episodes or less, from the later third season of Voyager, and not the astral eddy from "Real Life."

Is it larger than ten meters in each direction?

Did the object first appear in the episodes "Displaced", "Worst Case Scenario", or "Scorpian, Part 1"?

YES.

Posted by Omega (Member # 91) on :

It's not be the Nyrian biosphere vessel, because I'm pretty sure that's a ship, and thus self propelled. I really can't think of anything else that fits. I don't think anything fitting appeared in Worst Case Scenario, and Scorpion had Borg cubes and 8472 ships. Borg cubes are self propelled and numerous, and 8472 isn't native to the DQ.

So... th'hell?

Posted by Reverend (Member # 335) on :

Did that Borg wotsit-fruton-kinetic mine (looking suspiciously like the Decent Renegade ship) crop up in Scorpion part 1, or part 2?

Either way I suppose that'd be self propelled too.

Posted by The Ginger Beacon (Member # 1585) on :

Might not if it's a mine, but it was never said one way or the other if it can move or not. I'm stumped by this, and I can do the cryptic crossword.

Posted by Fabrux (Member # 71) on :

Y'all are stuck on it being something mechanical...

Is it the "Northwest Passage" from "Scorpion"?

Posted by WizArtist II (Member # 1425) on :

dang. Well at least I helped get it to THREE episodes....

Posted by Mars Needs Women (Member # 1505) on :

Yeah, thanks for that.

Posted by MinutiaeMan (Member # 444) on :

Hey, wait a minute... the Northwest Passage was nothing but a collection of many, many singularities, and thus was not actually a single object. I dunno if I would consider that "not numerous" myself... [Razz]

Posted by Fabrux (Member # 71) on :

The Northwest Passage itself was one object. We don't talk about a starship being a collection of bolts, do we? [Razz]
