From success of reccomissioned TV shows such as Dallas, Futurama, etc., TNG coming back, will be set on Enterprise-E approximately ten years after Nemesis. Will tip hat to Abrams universe: first season will explore collapsed Romulan Empire after destruction of Romulus. Klingon Empire apparently also in ruins post Dominion War.
Jon Frakes, Michael Dorn, Marina Sirtis returning as regular cast members, as is Wil Wheaton. Aaron Eisenberg as Nog joining cast - Nog will be Ops officer. New science officer, medical officer, and security chief characters.
Patrick Stewart & Gates McFadden coming back for frequent guest spots - Picard now a "roving Federation Ambassador." Brent Spiner not returning, wouldn't be "believable" as an un-aging android, LeVar Burton hopefully will be booked for guest spots.
Pretty awesome, huh? So excited! TNG - back in syndication come the fall!
