Is it just me or did someone decide to resurrect the Kazon model? A sick joke, perhaps?

I thought the Kazon thing was supposed to be some sort of alternate reality?

No, its part of this reality, just in the past. Sort of. The plot is a little complicated.

*grumbles* UPN bastards...

I watched the full 11:59 promo.. some of the opening shots are actually from Relativity (Seven in a starfleet uniform), as well as the shots of the Kazon, before it flashes to "Wednesday" and then does the 11:59 bit.

And I have rewatched the scenes over and over in motion. Those are Kazon ships, no doubt at all. As Frank said, I imagine they appear in one of the Alternate Universe segments of Relativity...

*re-reads Relativity Synopsis*

Yup. There's a space battle w/ the Kazon in it. Wonder how that skipped my mind when I saw the 11:59 promo

Hey Krenim, how about we collaborate on a temporal incursion to erase the Kazon from trek history?
I'm sure everyone would be willing to help with the calculations.

Are they symmetrical? If not, it's from Star Wars. Kill it!

Star Wars ships are symmetrical, the exception being the Millenium Falcon.

Have you ever seen Bogga the Hutt's ship?? It cannot get much more assymetrical than that!

Okay, some are asymmetrical. But the Outrider and Bogga's ship aren't canon, and the TIE bomber is mostly symmetrical, anyway.

I really haven't seen the new eps, but from what I read here and in the newsgroups it would seem that Voyager has an awful lot of perverted-universe episodes...

Another possibility is that some goober accidently placed some Kazon stock footage in the trailer. I noticed in the trailer following the Changing Face of Evil there was footage of the Defiant taking out a Jem'Hadar bug.

Is the picture that The Tom posted, have the effects lifted straight from the Voyager episode, "Alliances" season 2?

We should really take this to the Star Wars forum, but the B-Wing, Hapan Battle Dragon, ISD, Virago, Nebulon-B, TIE Bomber, and World Devastators are all symmetrical.

I agree with Frank G, except for the aforementioned TIE bomber, since the "SW: Technical Commentaries" appear to be down..

There is this picture from my favorite computer game at the moment...

Actually, the Tie Bomber is assymetrical since it has the bomb chute/sensor pod belo it. The B-Wing when its s-foils are closed is in a assymetrical design. With s-foils opened it is symmetrical. However, the Star Destroyer is most definately symmetrical.

ALL STAR WARS IS CANON!

The B-Wing is assymetrical when flying horizontally as it often does. Also, the weapons aren't symmetrical.
World Devastators start out symmetrical. As they "mature," they add on to themselves.

So maybe the Battle Dragon is symmetrical. And the Virago. I always look at the side and think it's the front.

Nebulon-B: Care to look at a front view? Scans coming.

TIE Bomber: Need I say more?

ISD: Look at a top view. Scans coming.
