Not that there's any reason to believe the Akiraprise' sensor dish is the same size as the E-A's. They don't even bear a resemblance to each other.

Not quite. The bridge set has a turbolift door to rear port... the exterior has what looks like a traditional turbolift detail at the aft port of the circular bridge region. Scaling that turbolift to the turbolift of the Constitution gives about 230 meters. See here (drag to the address bar)...
You'll not that the bridge domes are about the same size, as is the primary hull as a whole.

It's safe to say that they're within a meter or two of each other... there are obviously limits on how big or small you can go.

I got a figure of about 250m by assuming the visible turbolift circle was 3m in diameter. 130m is 52% of 250m. Therefore, the turbolift on the 130m ship would be 1.56m across. That's barely over five feet. Once we account for bulkheads and such, you're going to be left w/ a turbolift that can only fit a single person at a time, and probably not even comfortably.
I'll admit, my 3m figure was chose for the sake of the simplicity of a round number. 250m overall is probably too long. But not by that much.
