He's clearly wrong. Spock wasn't a Lieutenant when he served with Kirk.

Book learnin' only gets you so far, dude.

Clearly he knows nothing about warp travel in Star Trek or he would have known that starships are equipped with inertial dampers and deflector dishes to counteract the effects of faster than light travel. I SPIT ON HIS THEORY!!!

And that the hull would be thicker than 10 centimeters and that it would be made of different materials than what we have now.

Also that warp drive involves manipulating the fabric of space so that it seems that the ship is moving faster than light (and it is, with respect to surrounding space and objects).

To put a positive spin on that article, I'd say that they've come up with the definitive explanation for the streaks of light that you see while the ship is at warp.

High speed below light speed != warp

FAIL

Plus, I wouldn't trust a scientific article to a newspaper called The Star.

Don't they also run nude pictures from time to time?

That's The Sun. Which is a UK newspaper. They have a Page 3 girl in every issue. [Smile]

Well if those fucktards could explain to me how....

Planes tranform into robots (that require pilots and idol singers variety); how did those Girls from the orginal Gunbuster arrive to earth about.... 11,000 years late for the party...

how did Goku super saiyan after buma rimmed him...

(whut? oh sorry. THATS for some, uh, lemon thread elsewhere... honest)...

how the hell did one little Pink Haired halfling survive a year on ALFA with really getting hammered (other than a lot)?

o.O i'll shut up now.

actually no. how expensive is it to visit England during the summer? The Pensive One is considering all the things he can do after he retires...

BOO!

Stay where you are, the weather will be better and you speak the lingo. I have no clue where you live, but trust me on this, the weather is better.
