There isn't a write-up yet. If you want to bone up on SARPEVs, check out SMR and TOORBDW (y'know, one o' these days I gotts get a better acronym fer dat!).

The link to TOORBDW is in my profile. For SMR, well, they don't have a forum to advertise a site, so I suppose you'll have to email me if ya don't already have it bookmarked.
