A friend of mine got an annoyance program called KAK last week, installs itself in the autoexec.bat.
It brings up a popup window during boot up that says 'Not Today' with an ok button, click ok and windows shuts down.
kak.hta is the main file, it creates kak.reg and kak.htm.
If you don't get the hta out it causes a bootup message error "Driver Memory Error" but otherwise is no problem.

It also installs itself in the system registry to self-propagate even after file removal.
