Damn. That's gonna screw up a lot of the threads in the forums. We all used it for uploading our stuff. I guess there isn't much of a chance for fighting it, huh?

Ugh. Isn't Hypermart a paid service? If so, you should be able to do whatever you want with it.

Free Webspace is a thing of the past guys. These companies are just going crazy to take out as many of the free accounts they have so they can switch over to a pay service only.

They're even changing the terms of use so they can delete more and more accounts.

Are there any good free webspace places anymore?

Depends on what account you have. This was a free account (hence the annoying pop-ups).

That's sucky, there are very few decent (read: free ) hosting providers left. You might want to check out www.f2s.com - it has no banners and supports file-linking, but can be a bit slow at times. Or you could try to bribe Chucky and get him to set up a dedicated webserver

Probably a dumb question but . . .

If I wanted to upload a picture to ask you lot about where it came from (think I downloaded it from here), does that mean that I can't now? [Tries to access the files page - and fails!) Oooooh BUGGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Damn it! Just when I wanted to ask where it came from! Bugger, bugger, bugger!

Yeah, it's OK for those of us who know what they want in a website/page and can put one up. But there are still those of us who don't fall into that category. Like me

Unfortunately not.

Send it to [email protected] and I'll upload it to my own webspace.
