The idea of a role reversal, such as that, is, too my point of view, lame....
And, while not able to target the US, he can target Turkey, Israel, southern Russia, Saudi Arabi, and others that we call allies....

With the possible exception of Israel, none of those countries seem to be so interested in going to war with him, though.
The only conclusion I can come to is that they have no idea what's going on next door to them and are ignorant morons who need the US of A to show them the true way.
