I am too easily amused... I've been designing ribbons for 20 minutes! I would like to see something in a nice plaid though.

For goodness sakes man - PRACTICE SHOOTING. I want some "E's" on them there ribbons!

[Wink]

The site where those pics are don't have ones with Es or Ss. Besides that, I have the regular marksmen rifle (only 2 points away from sharpshooter) and sharpshooter pistol.

Tonight I had one of my pals in the sign shop print my "I'm Trendy" version onto magnetic matrial.
It's on my car now.

Working at a print-shop has some advantages, it seems. [Big Grin]

I wonder if it'll offend anyone?
Bad enough I get tracts from the Jehova's Witnesses over "Darwinfish" I have on the car's trunk. [Razz]

DRB. We were in Hawaii and I came in 40 minutes late after liberty expired. Not really a big deal, really all I got was liberty risk in Bahrain the first time we pulled in there. I was off liberty risk the port visit...back to lovely Bahrain. But then my liberty buddy got drunk and in a fight, after we checked back onboard the ship. So even though I was no longer his liberty buddy as we were back on the ship they still held me responsible for his actions and put me back on risk for our next port, Oman.

And for the record, I joined March 11, 2002. So it's just now been 3 years since I joined.

You'll never see me put a bumper sticker or magnet on my car.

Hobbes, you don't have the Global War on Terrorism Service and Expeditionary Medals? I got those two, National Defense, Sea Service, and in Spetember I'll get Good Conduct. My squadron may even get the Battle E as well.

No one's commented on my magnetic "I'm Trendy" ribbon yet, though a couple of people at work plan on making their own.

I really think no one reads them anyway: the font on the actual "support whatever" magnets is far too small to read unless you're right on top of it.

I'm guessing those won't go on your bumper...
