There's already a topic about this in Incoming Hail. It seems to be a Javascript error, and only happens in Netscape.

So that's what I would be missing if I turned JavaScript on and used an "advanced" browser.

It shows up because Jubes has collapsed either the location bar or the button bar or one of the others that I don't have turned on at the moment.
