I'm currently trying to cancel two incomplete downloads in quene in my itunes account, but I'm unable to. I try sending an e-mail to apple through their contact form, but I keep getting an error. I try to post my problem on the support forms, but I can't find any button to post or start a new thread. WHAT THE FUCK!!! [Mad]

Perhaps you haven't registered? Sometimes higher forum functions only surface after logging in.
You could uninstall itunes and then reinstall from the latest itunes software.
Anyhow, I don't see how the incomplete songs could hurt, unless you've been billed for them but can't play them. If not, try downloading them again?

Well I was able to finally contact someone from iTunes support, who cleared up the problem for me. Why I was having so much trouble the day before will remain a mystery to me. And their forum still sucks.
