Is it naturally luminous?

Naturally Luminous? As in Glowing?

I'd have to say no at this point.

Is it a celestial object? Meaning planet, asteroid, star, etc

Has it been seen in The modern Treks? i.e. TNG, DS9 and Voy...

Yes, it has been seen on the modern Treks, TNG, DS9, Voy.......

Natural, not alive, bigger than spacedock, not a celestial object, and doesn't glow. And from modern Trek. Toughie. A natural object that isn't alive, is bigger than spacedock, and isn't a celestial object is quite difficult.

Well, it can't be a ship, since it's natural. It can't be a species, since it's not alive. That leaves anomaly. It's not luminous, so that narrows it down considerably. I'd say a quantum singularity, like in Voy "Paralax", but it's a celestial object. Can't be one in a Romulan engine core, as it's artificial, and would fit in spacedock.

The temporal Causality loop from "Cause and Effect" fits. As does that time stream from (IIRC) Voy "Non Sequitor".

Question: Does it involve time in any unusual way?

Nope, doesn't involve time at all.

This isn't a toughie once you figure it out.

Well, based on that, I might say that anti-time anomaly, but it wasn't natural, and was luminous.

No time, eh? Then it's purely spatial/sub-spatial. A spatial anomaly that doesn't give off light. Hmm...

You're good at this.

*thinks REALLY hard*

There was that invisible wormhole in "Counterpoint".

Question: does it involve transit over large distances?

Ah-HA!

There's also the null space in that TNG ep with the androgenous species. I knew there was something I was missing. Not that that's a guess, mind you. Just typing out loud...

No, it does not involve travel over long distances.

9 Questions left.

I'm not good, Omega. I just chose something that, well, it appears that none of you know about it.
