Well, ST IV, there are now Humpback Whales in the 23rd century, and presumably beyond.
"Past Tense", Gabriel Bell is thought to look like Sisko.
Not even gonna touch "Future's End".
"Yesterday's Enterprise", the Rommies took prisoners. And in case they did in the original timeline, then they took Yar specifically prisoner. Thus leading to Sela's birth, and the entire "Redemption" fiasco.

That 3 out of 3 for Omega. None of them were metioned in earlier post. No more answer can be said by Omega, which brings him(her?) upto 15 points.
A nice number to call in an end... at least an open end, because there are still a few right answers out there. So post them if you want to. But don't expect a new question. I just cannot get any good ones out of my head, since you are obviously more into Trek than I am and I thought I was among the worst...
