1. The Captain is from Trek 2. The Captain isn't human 3. The Captain hasn't had lunch with Jadzia Dax (as far a we know) 4. He didn't kill JFK (well that we know of! ) You can tell Oliver Stone anything you want. 17. It's unknown whether this captain is from the Beta Quadrant 18. He WASN'T previously, a member of Def Leppard. 19. It's not Captain Maxwell 20. He didn't appear on Voyager. 21. He is not from the TOS era. 22. He is not from the Enterprise era. 23. He is from the TNG era. 24. It is not Captain Dathon 25. We don't know if he is or isn't from a military organisation 26. He is from our universe 27. He is not Captain Danger 28. He is not Captain Not Danger 29. He is not from the Future 3x century. 30. He is not in your pants Edipis. (And, no Dave, this isn't Vassar! ) 31. He does command a freighter 32. This Captain didn't ever kidnap a member of the Enterprise? 33. He isn't a guy that tried 'acquiring' Data/it's not Kivas Fajo. 34. He is not that woman that Sisko was dating. 35. It is not Captain Durgo of the Mining Shuttle Nenbek 36. It's not Thadiun Okuna 37. It's not T'Jon of the Ornaran freighter 38. He's not YO MOMMA 39. It's not Captain Grebnedlog of the Pakleds 40. well we already established that he's not military and not starfleet, yet some morons cant be bothered to read above and keep asking if its a starfleet captain. im sure someone who doesnt care to read its a species thats only appeared once will ask if its klingon...
