Can you shoot someone with it, and then spin it around your finger like a hotshot cowboy?

Hotshot Cowboys are probably the best type of Cowboys. Well, aside from the Mysterious Cowboy. Or the Bumbling Cowboy. He's like a bee! Well, drunk in a Saloon, at least.
