Kasidy shivered, as Admiral Ross and Ben commenced their "Laurel and Hardy" tribute. She'd always hated it. Not that she could ever tell Ben that, for it was this little game of theirs that had kept both the officers from going insane, such were the pressures of the war they were waging. She sensed that the war had taken it's toll on both men, but to what extent was anyone's guess. Little did Kasidy Yates realise that there was a far more insidious game afoot. She didn't know it then, but they were all very small pieces of a much larger picture, a picture that would reveal itself, and soon all the Alpha Quadrant would shiver.

Sadly, Admiral Ross----brilliant tactician, decorated war-hero, and all around nice guy--- doomed his entire careerin Starfleet during the Sisko-Yates wedding when his shameful hidden secret was accidentally made public.
He has always been rendered completely helpless and left in a brainless trance by the sight of shiny metal objects.
Ross, in a high pitched voice: "Oooh...Ben, I'm soooo happy."
*Kasidy looks at him strangely*
Kasidy: "And I know we'll..."
Ross: "And I know we'll..."
Kasidy: "Will you shut up!"
Ross: "I'm rubber, you're glue. Whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you."
