The special effects department forgets to add the Doctor's new toupee as bluescreen CGI during opst production.

The Winner is Warped1701. Side note here, in the TNG Technical Manual, I found something in sick bay rather interesting. A footnote mentioned something about "Medical Insurance Remaining", which was kinda amusing. Ok, back to the subject.

Runners up are TSN ("pregnant??!!??") and The First One for his "Mexican Staring Frog of Southern Sri Lanka". Yes, I watch South Park. Am I being as you say, "cultured"?
