Is there anywhere on the net/web to download full Enterprise episodes - I fell asleep during "Singularity" Fucking Nein played the episode at midnight!

I could use WinMX etc - but it takes ages while you wait for all the other uses in the queue.

Actually - why would it be any different to taping an episode and sharing it? "Technically" videotaping is illegal. I just want to watch the episode that I missed.

How can you get a permit to do a damned illegal thing you idiot!

Genesis planet forbidden!! A-hem.

[Smile]

Realistically sites should be allowed to put up - already aired episodes - but no site that have advertising. Or Startrek.com should allow you to download episodes - and they can stick pop-ups and ads all over the place! [Smile]

"You are forum, welcome"

"I think that's my line, stranger"

"oh forgive, I here am new. But you are known being Andrew from Flare..."

"You have me at a disadvantage sir..."

"I name not important. You seek I. Message received... available information stands by"

"How much and how soon?"

"How soon is... now. How much is... what"

"Something in the filesharing sector..."

"Oooh, filesharing restricted! Take permits many! Money... more!"

"There aren't going to be any damn permits! How can you get a permit for doing a damn illegal thing?! Look... price you name, money I got!"

"File you name, money I name, otherwise bargain no!"

"Alright dammit! It's Enterprise! The name of the file we're going (crap) is Enterprise!"

"Enterprise?!"

"Yes, Enterprise! How can you be deaf with ears like that?!""

"Enterprise allowed is not, is file forbidden!"

"Look, my backwards friend, Enterprise may be file forbidden, but I'm damn well..."

"Sir, I'm sorry but your voice is carrying. I don't think you want to be discussing this subject in public..."

"I'll discuss what I like! And who in the hell are you?!"

"Can I offer you a ride home Andrew?"

"Where is the logic in offering me a ride home, you idiot?! I wanted a ride home, would I be trying to acquire information?!"

"aararrhfghh"

"How the hell do you know who I am?!"

"Forum security, sir. Try Kazaa Lite or mIRC..."

Yes. Kazaa Lite or mIRC (altough #trekstuff's on dalnet, and dalnet is/was dying).

ALternatively, there's this: http://www.scifi-epz.com/. I don't know if/how it works, but that's the url of whoever puts these episodes on Kazaa.

And thanks all. How reliable is mIRC downloading files? I'll try that link. Thanks.

I've never gotten mIRC to actually start downloading. But that could be just my weird NAT-server/firewall configuration.

mIRC sucks if you have dial-up...especially one that has an access time limit...

To clarify, mIRC does allow you to continue downloads upon disconnect; it is just the fact that the queue time has the tendancy to be so long that you will most likely lose your place in line before you were able to download anything substancial in the first place.

Well hmmm - my inbox won't fit that! [Smile]

Maybe we could organise a time on a private irc channel!?! That's if you want to share! [Smile]
