Um, I have my own list in Excel format, but no, it's not downloadable (since it isn't uploaded anywhere).
I don't know if you're looking for a specific list in particular or whatever.

The Pre-Fed list isn't quite up to date since I've yet to sit down and input the new stuff from enterprise.
Spelling errors are quite likely, since I find them whenever I look and there may be some registery anomolies that I've yet to correct. Feel free to nitpick.

Here's my zipped ship list. Like Reverend I make no guarentee that it's entirely correct or up to date (although very minor spoiler warning, ships from Nemesis are already on the list).
