Was the window behind Sisko's desk a homage to Mr. Lurry's office!?!

Pity we never saw any ships behind Sisko.

Were they supposed to be large windows in the Bar?? Are there corresponding windows on the model of K7?

You never saw space from the bar. I don't think they were intended to be windows looking to space.

Weren't they just backlit panels? I think they were just for lighting.
