Is anyone familiar with this work and who might
have authored it? It looks like a set of blueprints covering the different types of warp
nacelles including the PB-18, PB-25, etc.

The sheet has the usual fictional background information on author and publication date; it doesn't list who really produced it (at least as far as I can see).
