Does anyone know or have any information on the unknown ship that is towing the curry or shelley class in A Time To Stand.

Don't know how to post pics and can't find a direct link to the pic. [if anyone has one that would be handy]

It was towing the USS Fredrickson, NCC-42111. An Excelsior class ship. And I believe it was more of a Klingon tug. It was green and had Klingon design features.

Thought it was more of a Klingon vessel.
Is there any more info on it or is that short scene from DS9 it. Has it been in any of the ST magazines?

I'm afraid not, though I think there might be a picture or two of the scene in question in one of them; under a story about FX, probably.
