I found this at 'Warp11':

"The Defiant is going to be destroyed in an episode leading up to the finale."

Then what? A new ship?
What are they (behind the scenes) planning???

a) It's old news.

b) The fact of the destruction IS the spoiler. It should be a surprise when you watch the ep. . .

Why would they need a new ship? There's about two hours of DS9 (ever!) after this happens.
