UNIT probably had a few liftover bits & bobs from their various misadventures over the years, too.

You know what would be fun? For the Mr. Smith computer to have the voice of the Fourth Doctor, just for fun. If Baker didn't want to do it, they could always use the guy who does his voice on Dead Ringers all the time.
