Looks pretty standard, though I haven't read it in detail. However, despite it looking like it was copied in part from various Internet service agreements there are a large number of spelling mistakes that hurt its "legal" tone. (diction...whatever)
(ex: Seperate to Separate, fassion to fashion, nessecarially to necessarily)
On another note, is it legal to prevent people from Paramount to search the site for copyright infringments? Its a nice idea but many warez sites have the same type of disclaimer and obviously those are wrong and companies routinely shut them down.
