My first guess would be to start in Safe Mode where only the basic Windows apps are run. You might then be able to delete the offending file. Once done, restart in Normal Mode.

I'd also run a virus scan on that file, just in case. What's the name of it?

Yes, you're despicable, and... and picable... and... and you're definitely, definitely despicable. How a person can get so despicable in one lifetime is beyond me. It isn't as though I haven't met a lot of people. Goodness knows it isn't that. It isn't just that... it isn't... it's... it's despicable.

In the event that you still can't, 1) close all programs, 2) open a command prompt, 3) right-click on the taskbar and choose the "Task Manager..." option, 4) select explorer.exe on the Processes tab and then push the "End Process" button, 5) minimize but don't close the TM, 6) use the command prompt to remove the file, 7) in the TM, pull down the File menu and select "New Task (Run...)", 8) in the "Create New Task" dialog box, enter "explorer.exe" (without the quotes) and hit OK, and 9) close the TM. And then punish yourself harshly for not taking the proper precautions when downloading porn.

I love posts where someone says something and then follows it with "oh never mind I've fixed it". The mental logic that leads someone down that path is just fascinating.
