No offense. [/QUOTE]Yes, this is true. But my main issue is not with robbing slack-jawed yokels and gangly tourists of their afternoon show. Rather, my issue is that with this mentality prevalent, spaceflight will never achieve the type of reliability and dependability that an established infrastructure requires. Yes, NASA is safety concious and rightfully so. The problem is that they are too safety concious, to the point where they are playing things so safe they aren't playing at all.
