No, I havn't. *worry*------------------ From Me all things proceed and unto Me they must return. Let My worship be in the heart that rejoices, for behold all acts of love and pleasure are my rituals. Let there be beauty and strength, power and compassion, honor and humility, mirth and reverence within you. ... Know the Mystery: for if that which you seek, you find not within yourself, you will never find it without. For behold, I have been with you from the beginning, and I am that which is attained at the end of desire.

Oh, I wouldn't be too concerned. He's done this before, going off and sulking whenever his act wears thin on everyone else. He'll turn up eventually, in his usual graceless style, and I'd be willing to bet (if my saying it didn't invalidate it) that he won't thank anyone for their concern.

Rutger was depressed. I think he felt he had no life, he talked about being overweight, and no women in his life, but instead of doing something about it, he took it out here, with negative comments about anything and everything. I hope he's alright, and hasn't injured himself, but the best thing he could do is get away from his compy, get some exercise, and be out among people. I picked up thirty pounds in the last six months, and I've started walking 2 miles a day, to see if it will help me get rid of some of it. Hopefully RW is doing something like that.------------------ Outside of a dog, a book is a mans best friend. Inside of a dog, it's to dark to read. Groucho Marx

No more than neccessary.I knew chronic attention-grabbers, IRL, who did the same sort of things. Truth is, although everybody knows we didn't see eye-to-eye politically, far from it, I liked the man's ships. He can design like a... well, someone really good, but I personally felt his overall personality left a great deal to be desired. ( o_0 Likely, some folks feel that way about me, too.) I mean, as far as I can tell, his life never sucked worse than mine at its lowest, and I'm still here. OTOH, it might have been interesting to see on which side he came down in the First/Omega War. ------------------ "We shall not yield to you, nor to any man." -- Freak, The Mighty.

On his own side, going by previous occasions. . .I don't sound callous? Damn, I must be mellowing in my old age. None of us are strangers to complaining about our lives here, however most of seem to be able to take advice on how to fix things. I'm not going to waste time worrying over RW; I'll just hope for the best, in that maybe he's decided to join the ranks of those who have listened to advice received here.
