I've had Karma for quite a while now, it is indeed excellent (their earlier album Semantic Spaces is also very good). There was a bonus edition released a while back by Nettwerk that has a second CD with two bonus tracks, I'd recommend that if you can find it (doubtful, but you never know).------------------ "But, it was so artistically done." -Grand Admiral Thrawn

Were you talking about Karma having the bonus disk? I got Karma with two disks, and the second disc has remixes and new tracks...silence (sanctuary mix) euphoria (firefly) rabbit in the moon's divine gothic disco mix flowers become screens (frequency modulation mix) incantation (12" mix edit) duende (bleak desolation mix) heavens earth ------------------ "The story..." Londo says, "is not over yet. The story is never over."

Ah, sweet music. I'm afraid things don't look good as far as purchasing any new releases go for me. Not for awhile, anyway. The last cd I bought was Liz Phair's "whitechocolatespaceegg". And I've got my eye on a Clash compilation. Beyond that...well, John Linnell's solo release is due out the 26th, and I wouldn't mind grabbing Mono Puff's "It's Fun To Steal"------------------ "Quadrilateral I was, now I warp like a smile." -- Soul Coughing

Although I have plenty of CD's the one among my collection that stands out is U2: The Joshua Tree (1987) It's their best album, trust me, you won't be dissappointed)Or you can get U2's Greatest Hits 1980-1990 (1998). Unfortunately, these CD's will not contain the Selected B-Sides from 1980-1990, they were previously on a limited Edition pack. ------------------ I can resist anything....... Except Temptation

The Joshua Tree is a great album...by far the most thoughtful and deep of their works. And if anyone wants some jazz recomendations, let me know. ------------------ Oh, meltdown. It's one of those annoying buzzwords. We prefer to call it an unrequested fission surplus. ~C. Mongomery Burns

The bonus disk I was refferring to was released here in Canada with two bonus tracks: Heaven's Earth and Window to your Soul , released by Delerium's record company Nettwerk out of Vancouver. It's a little confusing because some issues of Karma have Window to your Soul on the original disk, while others have a different track, Koran, in it's place.AndrewR: The copy of Karma you have is apprently a special re-release issued this summer in the UK and Australia. Karma has been out for about 2 years now and has gone through several re-releases. ------------------ "But, it was so artistically done." -Grand Admiral Thrawn

I confess. I recommended Much Against Everyone's Advice even though I never heard it, but I knew three singles that were on it and I thought they were worth the price of the whole CD. And now I have the CD here *looks at CD* and it's even better than I thought. Be sure to get the limited edition with bonus CD. Heck, it even has an awful space invaders game on it, and I'm a sucker for goofy goodies.Buy it.* *if you can find it.

Some people call me an old fag because I listen to such old garbage like The Joshua Tree. People just don't know real music these days, all they care about is their Brittney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Moffats, etc. All that electric stuff loud, blaring music and horrible lyrics."I have kissed honey lips, Felt the feeling in her fingertips It felt like fire, this burning desire. I have talked with the tongue of angels, I have held the hand of the devil It was warm in the night, I was cold as a stone. But I still haven't found what I'm looking for. But I still haven't found what I'm looking for" Now THAT'S music. ------------------ I can resist anything....... Except Temptation

No, this is music. Soul Coughing, to be exact.-- Shooed out like a housefly This house was half my mind I don't dispute the doubts you've outlined But it's my right to waste your time And these things It stands to reason These things won't kill me Your feelings The spattering It bores me Don't tell me Burned in on the 8th of May She was spectacular I walk a half-moon by the bus stop Sliding 'cross the street to her Three stings Sequentially Three strings Won't kill me Your spieling Gracelessly Is my grief Please tell me Half-masted, bass-boosted, slingbacked, fully retractable Throw out the la-la by the busload Match the photo to the description I do indeed and shall continue Dispatch the shiftless man to points beyond ------------------ "Quadrilateral I was, now I warp like a smile." -- Soul Coughing
