Wiley Miller is, to me, one of the few American cartoonists with a sense of humour. Pretty amazing. But then, German cartoonists with a sense of huomur are even harder to find. He's even cynical at times, but the lawyer thing is wearing a bit thin now. The Moses cartoons are still good though.
