While some of you may choose not to shop at Wal-Mart for one reason or another (I imagine some don't relish the 3,000+ mile drive across the ocean to the nearest one ), there is a new, but false reason to not shop there. Read about it here: Wal-Martyred (at the SNOPES website, opens in a new window).

Wal-Mart may compete with K-Mart and any state fair with it's selection of "po' white trash" and redneck shoppers, but I suspect that its decision not to stock the product mentioned in the article hinges upon projected low volume of sales, rather than any support the big W has for the pro-life movement.

Ah, Wal-Mart, the home of cheap plastic crap.

Ohh, so Mother Nature needs a favor? Well maybe she should have thought of that when she was besetting us with droughts, and plagues and poison monkeys. Nature started the fight for survival and now she wants to quit because she's losing...well I say "Hard Cheese"!

And not the home of TMBG. Or TMBG related products, music, or services! Bah! And bah again!

Though I did find Soul Coughing's "El Oso" there, which continues to surprise me to no end.

Plus, does anyone else collapse into hysterical laughter everytime they see the latest Rage Against the Machine album in stock there?
