Now what I'd really like to know is why the bizarre address for such a college, when Dipsville High gets a full blown .edu. Why create a seperate catagory for junior colleges when there isn't one for grade schools, or high schools, or prep schools, or schools for people with three arms who speak Swedish but only on Tuesdays? Or is this just some insanely Washingtonian quirk?
