I know of a film made in the Philippines about a very tiny secret agent and his enemy, Mr. Big. It would fit in with this thread quite nicely, if I could only remember the name.
Pensacola, Florida? I lived there for 3 years and I don't recall fighting midgets and strippers fighting.
