Can someone please tell me how I'm supposed to get rid of the Virtual Avenue banners??? Where, and how, do I have to place the Tag??

All you have to do is put the tag < !--VirtualAvenueBanner--> anywhere on your page. Go to my site or BK's site and look in the source. It's very, very easy.
