My brother was kicked out of his job last week, but tried to look on the bright side about all the free time he had {until today, when he was hired by someone else in a similar field }
This morning, before the good news, he loosely quoted a line from a movied. I recognized the quote, but neither of us could name the movie.
Maybe someone here will have better luck. The quote, as best we remember it:
"There's a certain sense of freedom to being totally fucked."

If I was going to venture a guess, either The Rock or Face/Off. It rings "Nick Cage" to me but I'm not sure why.
