After two days of hell in front of a qbasic screen debugging my program for my project, I've finally managed to turn this...
into this...
by finding a small mathematical mistake. So without further ado: YESSSSSSS!!!!!!! I GOT THE POWERUP AND DEBUGGED THE PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to bed now. ------------------ "Philosophy is written in this grand book - I mean universe-which stands continuously open to our gaze, but which cannot be understood unless one first learns to comprehend the language in which it is written. They're there alright. Try hitting "back", then "forward" or go to http://www.geocities.com/jamieosz/doh.gif and http://www.geocities.com/jamieosz/eureka.gif I think geocities is just being a bit unreliable. ------------------ "Philosophy is written in this grand book - I mean universe-which stands continuously open to our gaze, but which cannot be understood unless one first learns to comprehend the language in which it is written. Ah, there they are.I'd commend you, but then again, you are using qbasic, the AOL of the programming world. You people don't need commendation, you need help. ------------------ "I WANT A POST VOY SERIES STAR TREK ORIGINAL MESSAGE WAS LOOKING FORWARD NOT LOOKING BACK." -Darkstar

LOL Can't argue with you there. I'd convert it to C for performance if I'd time. Actually I'm using qbasic because it's easy to develop stuff with and the plotting functions are nice.------------------ "Philosophy is written in this grand book - I mean universe-which stands continuously open to our gaze, but which cannot be understood unless one first learns to comprehend the language in which it is written. I'm getting "Page not available" with those links...------------------ Lisa: "Don't you remember the story of Oedipus?" Homer: "Maybe five dollars will refresh my memory." "$%!% My moment of glory and geocities goes tits up arse to the wind.Actually it's Quickbasic, and I had to display it in a window to get a screenshot, which might explain the difference in appearance. ------------------ "Philosophy is written in this grand book - I mean universe-which stands continuously open to our gaze, but which cannot be understood unless one first learns to comprehend the language in which it is written. geocities has made it so their stuff doesn't work with other servers, that's why so many people have stopped using them.------------------ Go to my site ST Infinity or you'll cause the release of another Olsen Twins movie. Do you want that on your conscience?

I believe QBASIC == QuickBASIC, yes...------------------ "...I know this board in secret, intimate ways which are beyond your comprehension.... No, QBasic most definitely != QuickBasic (the former was included with MS-DOS, the latter was an "official" *loud cough* language that could actually compile programs... not that it mattered much, as the non-structured environment didn't do a lot for speed anyway...). Still, I managed to write some funny programs with it ------------------ "Cry havoc and let's slip the dogs of Evil"

So, what did the 'Q' in "QBASIC" mean?------------------ "...I know this board in secret, intimate ways which are beyond your comprehension....
