I know that you can turn this off somewhere, but I can't remember where. In the URL bar - when you type in a URL it completes the URL for you - it annoys me... where/in which menu can you turn that feature off? Thanks Andrew ------------------ Homer: I'm gonna miss Springfield. I stopped using Netscape ages ago, but I beleive this option is called auto-complete and can be turned off in the Prefferences menu.------------------ "Well if it's gonna be that kind of a party, I'm putting my dick in the mashed potatoes!" -Nimrod 16/4/2001

IE has that too. I'm a very lazy person. ------------------ "Or maybe he was a real quack who got sick and tired of pissing people off, and decided to get a life and masterbate for the next 10 years." - Me to Antagonist on Red Quacker, 03/08/01 20:15

No, I think it's "Enable Internet KeyWords". If that box is unchecked you'll be ok. Its in "Preferences", under "Smartbrowsing". I also remove the "What's related" tab, it's just one more toolbar gone. ------------------ Don't kill me, I'm charming!

Actually, Preferences -> Navigator -> Smart Browsing. Just to avoid confusion, if you don't see it right away.------------------ "Beliefs are dangerous. Beliefs allow the mind to stop functioning. A non-functioning mind is clinically dead. Believe in nothing..." -Tool, nima
