Free Webspace is a thing of the past guys. These companies are just going crazy to take out as many of the free accounts they have so they can switch over to a pay service only.
They're even changing the terms of use so they can delete more and more accounts.
Are there any good free webspace places anymore?

That's sucky, there are very few decent (read: free ) hosting providers left. You might want to check out www.f2s.com - it has no banners and supports file-linking, but can be a bit slow at times.
