"Sure, I don't like that fact, but television rarely responds to my commands, even when I shout them loudly at the screen. : ) Oh, pay no attention to me, I'm still upset about that number. *lol*"
First of all, we get the horror of Simon using an emoticon. But then, just when you think that it's okay, and maybe fun and funny Simon is still there, we get...that. The horror of horrors. Simon typing "lol".
I don't think my eyes will ever stop seeing that horrible image.

Oh, ye flipping gods...
Addendum... The page that would have had my very first post is missing. How distressing...

My God, the Comm Channel is there too. I found some of my posts! Even one where I said the only way we'd ever find out what the name of the Nebula in the opening credits of DS9 was if we learned what it was labelled as at that time. . . well done, me!
Pity it's not faster, and I had a faster connection, or I'd be doing some erious nostalgic browsing. 8)

Just a bit before my time.
How is Chris G doing? Anyone hear from him anymore.

Do ANY of the images load?
Posted by TSN (Member # 31) on :
I would guess the images weren't archived, so they'd only load if the originals still exist.
Unfortunately, a lot of the posts weren't even archived. I'm still hoping that Goffy still has all of them...
Before my time I guess. I still remember the CommRelay.

I'm sure there's a period of time missing here. And when did we become so established here that we're now allowed to get nostalgic, eh?

One year, six months, eight days, five hours, twenty-six minutes, and fifty seconds ago.
Fifty-one...

You're obsessive.

And what little sense of humor you may have once had seems to have died. That particular inner voice must have been a deer.

Oh, hahahahahaha Omega.
I just love how I always get yelled at for picking on you, and you just get away with the stupidest, most ignorant shit.
Posted by Vogon Poet (Member # 393) on :
Honestly, you two. The last time I got on this badly with another person, we ended up getting engaged. . .
Posted by Malnurtured Snay (Member # 411) on :
Alright, listen up, ya'll going to hear this only once.
"Omega, will you marry me?"
Posted by PsyLiam (Member # 73) on :
Lee is engaged to Charles?
Jeff: Now, while I like seeing people screaming at each other as much as the next man, I will point out that Omega's comment up there was quite amusing. Sorry.

It's okay.
Although I'm quite proud that I can take having the "deer" thing rubbed in my face and not resort to telling people to "chill out or be chilled out" like certain people when ribbed about their anti-mainstream tastes.
It's all in jestful playfullness, Simon (in much the same vein as all the 'Jeff kills more deer in a single night then all the hunters in the U.S. do in a year' jabs). Really, you and Mim are both very testy. Well, so is Omega, but he's Omega and he's always like that.

I don't think Simon cares if you talk about his "non-mainstreamness". I think the problem is the fact that you've been going off on everyone about everything for the past few days, and it's becoming annoyingly tiresome.

Remarkeably untrue. Who'd I harp on besides Mim and Sol? And don't list Omega -- I always harp on him.
