If anyone has eaten at St Hubert's, they may have tried the Light Coleslaw that is served there. If they have, does anyone know the recipe? I've been trying to replicate it and while I haven't created any large craters in the ground, it doesn't actually taste that good either.

Sorry Tahna, I live in the boonies and we don't have a St Hubert's up here. I thought they didn't go east of Toronto so you are going to have get someone from PQ or east of there.
