Grandson? Somebody here has a grandson?!

Thanks a lot, I have no pictures yet, he's 700km from me. And yes TSN I am old.

This is definitely a first. . . Congratulations. 8)

Well, I think Tim is surprised a bit. Most of us here are younger than 30, I think, with the exception of yourself, Kosh, and Baloo, who doesn't post anymore.
But, congratulations anyways!

Born a day before me.
I'm now officially 19 as of 10:45am EST today.

Yes, I am surprised. AFAIK, Baloo's the oldest person we've ever had around here, and even his kid is just... what, a few years old now, maybe?

Congrats Gorkca, what's his name?
Posted by Grokca (Member # 722) on :
Thomas Paul Falzon, Paul is my name and Thomas is my father in law's name. I am not really that old, 39 but I bet I'm the only one here who saw Star Trek when it started, I was only little then. My brother still has audio cassettes of "A Piece of the Action" and "Amok Time" from their premieres. I have children older than most of you here, 23 and 17.

*is also a Thomas Paul*

So which child of yours would be the father/mother? If it's the one who's 17, the Falzons/Dowdings are quite virile at early ages.
Oh, congrats, by the way. Be sure to spoil him. My Grandparents don't, lousy sons of...

I turned 41 in Auguest, which would make Baloo 42.I'm not sure how old his boy is, somewhere between 5 and 10. I used to date a woman that had a little girl, who I still claim. She is 18 now.

The 23 y/o had the child, my daughter, well they're both my daughters. This will be the son I never had, so you can bet I will be spoiling him. Before he was born my youngest daughter decided he should be named "Obi Juan", (Ben for short) so I am out to find him a plush Obi Wan toy.

Hm... I suppose, if you start having kids at age 16, it's a little easier to speed your way along to grandchildren... :-)

well, 42, 41, 39. . . I think I'm next, at 31. Unless there's someone else here in their mid-thirties. 8)

Well, I'm starting to feel old. I'm still childless...

Aren't you around your 20's Ultra?
Posted by Malnurtured Snay (Member # 411) on :
He's forty-seven.

Isn't Jay 31 or 32 now?

Congratulations for your grandson, Grocka! He's exactly two years younger than my own son, Toms. May he be healthy and happy with his family.

I think she means as in "the Obscure", not "and Silent Bob."

Yeah, I came into this thread straight out of the handgun thread and momentarily confused myself. But you should have checked to make sure I hadn't fixed my post before you posted. Because I had. :-)
