I don't remember where I found this picture, but there it is. I don't condone it, and as an adult I should probably say that's it's just wrong. But they seem to be having fun!

You think it's Photoshopped? I just assumed they know how to have fun.

Posted by Magna Ultrus (Member # 239) on :

Fun! Most certainly they are having fun! What silly antics! Cool!

Posted by DeadCujo (Member # 13) on :

And talented as well!

Since my computer seems unwilling to show said image beyond a very small space, would someone describe what they're doing?

Posted by Magna Ultrus (Member # 239) on :

Now, if someone could translate "Saskachewan English" for me, I'd be great ...

They're rolling drugs? Are you serious? That's fucked up. [Embarrassed]

Posted by Magna Ultrus (Member # 239) on :

I can't seee it ... I'm using a laptop with a tiny screen, just humor me, UM! What are they doooooing?

I bought some Hogwarts' Castle Lego sets off a guy in Saskatchewan. Do you know him? Do you guys have those 5 months of no sun and vice versa like in Alaska? I ask 'cuz I don't know.

Posted by Magna Ultrus (Member # 239) on :

Oh yes. Given that I am from Saskacthewan, I believe the following:

There are 5 people here.
There are 5 months of snow here.
Jim's store has no TVs.
There are 5 months of sun here.
It is just like Alaska.

Definatly photoshopped. The original image was of kids disecting worms. I recognize the tan trays with blue rubber inserts for pinning them down.

Well we don' take kindly to folks who recognize tan trays around here!

Apropeau starting off early...

While we're at, some hip-hop concerts in Saskatchewan:

Kid Koala, June 22, at The Odeon, Saskatoon.
Herbaliser, June 27, at The Odeon, Saskatoon.
Baby Blue Sound Crew, July 10, at The Odeon, Saskatoon.

*says a little prayer that his student union doesn't bring in Baby Blue Sound Crew for the start of year concert this September for the fourth time*

Your right.

Last night, there was clouds around, and the reception did come in too good, and Jack got mad and hit it with a brick. I think Harold has fixed it, though.

The reception came in too good, so he hit it with a brick? That's a really silly town you live in. Good thing he didn't decide to shoot it with a gun!

Holy assfuck. I just realized this guy's deal. I should've know by the usage of the name for all 30 seconds.

It's all shit from "The Red Green Show."

Posted by Snay (Member # 411) on :

...the which and the who?

He's ripping off that show's sketches?

Sol: "While we're at, some hip-hop concerts in Saskatchewan"

My Saskatchewan?

BWC: "Your right"

As opposed to my left? You mean you're?

Shik: Well, duh.

He hasn't mentioned Harold before. Just when I thought I had his universe figured out... [Wink]

Posted by The_Tom (Member # 38) on :

Shik is absofuckinglutely right.

I don't know how I missed it either. Because I occasionally do watch the vaguely funny antics of Mr. Steve Smith. But not that often. But I might watch TEH MOVEY!

Movie? Fascinating...

And I don't think there's a Saskatoon anywhere else, Mark. I looked at the upcoming schedule for Regina too, but no dice, unless you're into Nazareth, who are playing today! Go go go!

Or you could wait for the huge, and I mean huge, rock festival coming up in Saskatoon, featuring Warrent, Ratt, and others...maybe Whitesnake! Rawk!

Nazareth played the booming metropolis of Coleman, Alberta, the other day. I only know this because apparently some garage band from my local high school travelled there to open for them. Break of a lifetime, no doubt.
